About Kate NirliptaKate Nirlipta first practiced Yoga 30 years ago, has been teaching for 15 years and conducting retreats for 6 years, both in Australia and Indonesia.An accredited Yoga Instructor, Kate has an extensive background of life experience and knowledge in the healing of mind, body and spirit. She is a natural teacher of Yoga and Health Management. She brings to her work compassion for each individual and gives encouragement and guidance to all who explore this timeless, alchemical complete mind/body awareness system. Kate teaches an organic style of Yoga that has been evolving from her life experiences and teachings from many Yoga Masters and Healers. Kate learnt Iyengar style of Yoga in India in 1986, Viniyoga with Desikachar and Mark Whitwell in 1996, Shandor Remet, Sheila Norbury and the Satyananda style. Kate gradually guides you from the outer to the inner worlds, through Yoga using the techniques of Asana, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) and Visualizations, Meditation, Devotional Singing and Dance. She invites you to let go of the outer world, of impressions, problems, cares and worries, accept your shadow self, and explore a sacred path of fulfillment, grace, harmony, presence and power. Simply watching the reality of the present moment, illusions dissolve, opening to universal energy, great healing arises, awareness is complete and the truth of who you really are is revealed. Background As well as teaching Yoga Kate Nirlipta has been working for the past 7 years with ‘Death and Dying’. Supporting people in their preparation to pass on in their own unique way and assisting the loved ones left behind to acknowledge the one they are losing and their own grief.
